| If you want a quick and easy way to beat the game with your rogue solo/multi then this is the build for you. You will usually be able to kill most enemies before they get near you. NOTE: this is, in my opinion, the easiest way to get your 1M gold and fastest way to beat the game on both heroic and legendary. PURPOSE: The main purpose of this build is to Use the rogue's attack speed via Lighting attack and critical hits at a distance to kill mobs. It will also use explosive trap for when you have more than 5 enemies to deal with and melee attacks for those pesky mages and bosses (if kiting is not needed ex: Reldin's ghost) Attributes:Pure dex. If you wish you may add into energy so you can have those extra Mp or endurance for a little more health, but they are not really needed since most of your damage is ranged. Skills:I will break this down for lvl 40 and lvl 75 players. lvl 40 (39 points to spend)5 explosive trap (for mobs) 5 large pouch (potions, you will need potions for your melee fighting) 5 lighting attack (SPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!) 5 find weakness (Criticals will double the damage you deal) 5 thief arsenal (more damage the better) 5 quickness (Run faster to get range on enemies) 5 treasure finder (for those who want to reach 90% or more magic find) 1 roundhouse3 (any skill, expose weakness or poison studs it doesnt really matter at all) 5 lighting attack (or 10 if it allows you to do so) 10 find weakness9 thief arsenal9 explosive trap 5 quickness1 roundhouseNote: When adding points into skills keep in mind that you really need to max out Find weakness, Lighting attack, and Explosive trap or instead quicknesslvl 7510 Find weakness10 Lighting Attack10 Large pouch (not completely necessary) 10 Explosive trap10 Quicknenss10 Thief Arsenal10 Treasure finder1 roundhouse3 Acrobat (or any other of your choice) Keep Farming the Last boss fight for easy gold items. How to use this build:-There are a few things you need to know before you use it. 1. Attack speed is key. The faster you are able to attack while using Lighting attack the more damage and criticals you will do. 2.always keep lighting attack up. This increases both attack speed and running speed. (you can finish stone bridge using this and running past all enemies in less than 4 mins) 3.If you somehow become surrounded, use roundhouse to get out. 4.Use Explosive trap when there are many enemies or you believe the enemies will get close to you. when maxed it does 607-717 damage and has a wide AoE range, have fun. 5.Melee on mages and bosses only. (for bosses you will be using your pots mostly, but thanks to your attack speed and criticals no boss can stand up to you. ) ex: least pots used against the final 3 stage boss fight were 3. Comments: Please note that after trying a Bombing Rogue, Dodge tank, Melee only, and Bombing Bloodlust Rogue Tank variation builds, the one above was the Easiest to use. 97% Treasure Hunting

| Some killer info I'm building a MF rouge right now and looks like i might go this way still low lvl but the sounds like a strong build. | |

ITs overpowered a bit. I literally button mashed "x" the whole entire time playing this character. Though...it was fun being able to run that quickly. | |

| Could I substitute Explosive Traps for Volley and have a good bow on equip set 2? Or will that nerf my damage down? I am not dissing Explosive Traps its just I tried them at max level 10 and I just dont like the style, nothing personal against your build or the skill. thanks! -RPGF EDIT: Ah nevermind, I found my answer: ET's : Mp: 80 Damage: 592-702 Volley: Mp: 100 Damage: 255-465 Arrows: 11 Whats your input? You think I will still be alright using Volley over ET's? I really like the idea of dishing out 11 arrows at a time Maybe Acid Darts? | |

| Et was used for its large radius. It works very well in Epic.
But if you would rather have range then I suggest Acid darts over volley.
Just remember to use lightning attacks first | |

| Some quick questions and I thank you in advance for answering them. I am not putting anything in stone I just want to make sense of it is all :-)
Why would we not max exposed weakness with this build? It seems based off reading your build that normal attacks are the key here. Mixing in speed with criticals. Exposed weakness only work with basic attacks, in which you are using, so why not use it? Not strong enough?
Why would we not you poison studs? Is the less than half percentage and DoS (damge over second) not worth it with this build? Will we kill the enemies faster using basic attacks rather than poisoning them and let the DoS do its thing?
Why no Ambidextrous? You a two handed melee rogue right? Are the bonuses from this skill not worth it? You maxed Thief Arsenal and put the more damage the better, why not Ambidextrous? Please eloborate.
Your build is great and I want to use it. Maybe my questions are for great skills that you would like to incorporate but could not afford them all so you picked the best in your opinion?
Gear wise, what kind of stats should I shoot for? Weapons? Gear? Rings? Thank you in advance.

Exposed only takes 120 off defense. though helpful when you have a team, when you are solo it helps, but only by so much. the higher the level of the enemy, the less effect this has. Understand that this is a "pure dex" range fighter. Poison darts, though very useful (I use it in my current build fighting epic monsters) will burn through your energy at its current rate. Since this build was made for mostly regular attacks, this wouldn't be needed. HOWEVER: Poison darts are very useful when you are potion mashing or when you have the energy and bloodlust to back it up. I highly recommend poison darts. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND poison studs. they are useful when you can stand getting hit. But lets face it, I'd rather not get hit when im a rogue. Oh and use DoT please. Please eloborate. Ambidex would be for melee, so you would be right in placing that on full 10. This build was made mostly for range. Remember how it says to take down enemies before they get to you? Right, that means less melee, more range. thief Arsenal helps for the bow, and for a ranged character, thats all you really need. (speciallization comes at a cost) - RPG_Freak wrote:

Do this instead: 10 lightning, 10 expose weakness, 10 Acid darts, 10 bloodlust. The rest can be on large pouch, ambidex, and...the speed one. Place 1/2 dex and 1/2 energy. I use this for epic. level 80+ enemies. - RPG_Freak wrote:

Thank you in advance. Well..devil set. (until you get shadow leather "lvl74") I would look for dex, constitution (or dex str works) Magic find was a must for me, but if you do not want it then go for these 4 stats. (crit+, dex+, const+, Hpregen+) the items are randomly generated. Just keep farming for those. | |

Why not spam acid darts and raise energy instead of auto-attacking and raising dex? Won't that generate better dps? On that note, does lightning attack affect attack abilities animation speeds? I'm just curious if the above path is a feasible way and deals good dps.

Would poison studs only proc from melee attacks that hit you or will it also proc with ranged attacks that hits you?
You can spam, but doing so requires you to raise in energy. (wear a freaking staff XD) It works fine. Tested it out a few weeks ago) It works well if you are the one who likes spamming fast poison darts. Lighting attacks works for everything. Even skills. Oh studs proc only on melee. Id rather not get hit right? | |

I don't mind wearing a staff though I bet it looks ugly on a rogue. What I'm more curious about is the comparative dps between an energy-based poison darts spamming with lightning attack on rogue and an auto-attacking pure-dex with lightning attack on rogue? You can even compare it to the crippling strike (?) spamming warrior as well. I just want to know how it stacks up dps-wise. Thanks! | |

| well i followed your nice guide but changed few things like ET My build is, 10 Quickness 10 Large pouch very helpful 10 find Weakness 4 expose Weakness 10 treasure finding 10 thief arsenal 10 lighting attack 10 acid Darts 1 vicious strike (why? cause why spend 1 point into something that not useful if this skill do the job to ] Why i dint take ET? cause i hate to push 2ce on my button :p and acid darts push mobs a bit away so i can run back and kill But great guide without u i had a build from nubs with no clue what i am doing! | |

Personally I'd go with expose weakness 10 and large pouch 4 for more dmg since you can always refill pots at a refill station.
