This is what i got from my same post on gamefaqs, now i just need to fill in teh blanks with the actual number for the individual mods. For instance i know fire damage is 300 over 3 secs on teh level 60 stuff, but as for the level 74 gear, i dont know.
I heard that items above level 74 can drop up to level 90, even though the max character limit is 75. Which brings a second question to mind. Do the mods get better again for that stuff? Or was that a bug that got fixed with a patch? My highest level is only 61 right now and i haven't made it into epic mode just yet so i am ignorant of the higher items.
